We stayed here for 4 nights, I booked a room with my daughter and my sister came to surprise us with her daughter and booked another room in this hotel. They gave her a room next to ours ( the guy on reception, did kind of spoil the surprise a little because he was confused with us both having same surname lol) but we had a lovely stay, all staff on reception was very helpful and spoke great English. The hotel is very clean and modern. I didn't find it too small for the two of of us, plenty of room. Lovely bathroom, clean towels everyday and the room was cleaned, beds made everyday. The location is great, we could see the tower from our room, we also felt very safe with someone on the desk 24hours. Only using the lift gets you to rooms and you'd have to go past reception. The metro is right across the road and we used this to lots of locations including to the train station to get to Disney.

It's very rare I write a review but had to for this hotel. Stayed the weekend for the Rugby WC semi finals and the hotel was in a fantastic neighbourhood, with the metro right outside and loads of coffee shops/restaurants etc. Room was all we needed for our trip. Shower room was modern and clean. Rooms are on the smaller side but you are in Paris to see the sights, so location for us was more important. Best part, the manager let us have a late evening checkout for a fee which made our last day a lot easier.

This hotel is what you pay. The price is low and the location is excellent. Its literally outside a metro station which makes it super easy to get around and 2 blocks from the Eiffle Tower park. The triple room does fit 2 adults and one child though, which can be hard to find. HOWEVER if you can afford slightly more perhaps look for another hotel in this same area. The front desk people were rude- did not greet or speak to us our whole stay and the breakfast is super minimal- no fruit or hot items, not even simple fruit like apples. All in all, not the worst, not great either.

Nice hotel for my first trip to Paris. Clean room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, friendly staff, comfortable bed, had A/C, and an elevator. The metro station is right across the street which was very convenient and there are plenty of shops just around the corner. The only thing I wish my room had was a small refrigerator to keep cold drinks in. I would stay here again

The Art Eiffel Hotel is very well located near the Eiffel Tower (just 5 mins to the lawn south of the Tower), Metro across the street with 3 Metro lines, and lots of restaurants nearby. We stayed in a triple single room, 3 adults, and there was enough space for us to put our suitcases away and still have some walking space. The bathroom was big enough to actually use the toilet and shower (in other places I looked at before this trip, it sounds like you can't always sit down on the toilet as the bathroom is so small!). Room was clean and cleaned whenever we requested it. I also have to thank Sow, the property manager, and the other 2 staff who managed the front desk, for allowing me to use their refrigerator to store my gluten free bread and lactose free milk. A couple of issues (but the pros out-weight this greatly): one time the toilet clogged, they did not have a plunger on hand, had to wait until the following day to get it resolved. But they gave us another room to use the bathroom in. Also, the AC does not function unless every other room in the same stack (above and below your room) wants to use AC. So, we could not use AC the entire week we were there. But opening the windows and use of a fan they provided worked well. Room is starting to show a bit of wear and tear. But clean, very useable. I'd stay here again and recommend it to friends.
